India beat Belgium in Hockey Junior World Cup final

Again Indian Hockey Team has rewrited history after a long gap of 15 years. This wintry Sunday has turned out to be the greatest day for these Under-21 Indian hockey players as they have chased a fantasy of winning the event for the second time at the Major Dhyan Chand Stadium by 2-1 to Belgium. India had won earlier in 2001 with Australia. This was the India's third entry into the final of the Junior World Cup after having finished runners-up in 1997.

India's headed by Harendra Singh (coach) had told his players that it is now in their hands to decide the colour of the medal in what is seen as the ‘biggest game’ of their career. As the India was already assured of the silver medal, but the boys eye nothing less than the yellow metal.
