Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu keeping his word, offered a Group-2 cadre job in the State government to the orphan girl, Lakshmi Prasanna. Recently in Mukthapuram public meeting in Anantapur district Mr Naidu had announced INR 20 lakh to Lakshmi Prasanna. Lakshmi Prasanna is the eldest daughter of Rama Subba Reddy who is a farmer, who brutally killed his wife and two daughters. Mr Naidu directed officials to approve a Group-2 post to Prasanna Lakshmi, who met him at Secretariat in Velagapudi on Tuesday.
Chandrababu Naidu said that he would support her like a father by providing moral and financial support. Lakshmi Prasanna completed her M.Sc in Organic Chemistry. Mr Naidu inspired her to go for higher education and not settle for a Group-2 post. Moreover, he asked her to meet him once in every six months.
